Use 2-3 times a day, or as needed, 7 days a week. Rinse mouth with a 1/2-capful of Oral7™ Moisturizing Mouthwash for 30 seconds after brushing with Oral7™ Moisturizing Toothpaste. For best results, use in conjunction with Oral7™ Moisturizing Toothpaste and Oral7™ Moisturizing Mouthwash. Store below 77°F (25°C).
